Choose the floral items you want, size, and your colour theme, and any styling preferences, and Ali and her team of qualified florists will design beautiful florals using the best quality blooms available at the time of your wedding.
Flowers can be collected from the Handpicked studio at The Mill Castlemaine or delivered to you. If you would like a florist to set your flowers up onsite, please enquire about our personalised service.
Have more specific wedding flower wants? Handpicked also offers a personalised service. This service includes consultation time, individualised planning and design, and onsite expertise to adjust to weather and day specific needs. To enquire, complete a wedding enquiry form. (Please note that the price for our personalised service is approximately 20% higher than those within this menu).

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request a specific colour palette than what is offered online?
The a la carte service by Handpicked keeps prices low by choosing the best seasonal flowers available at the time of your wedding, and not all colours are available at all times during the year. If you have a specific colour palette, we recommend you choosing our personalised service where we can explore and utilise growers outside our local area, including flowers grown in glasshouses.
If the colour palette is general in nature, than absolutely you can! You can add this information in to the Styling Notes section. Examples of this may be (“Autumnal tones, “pale pinks, creams and white”, “dark moody tones” etc).
Can I request specific flowers?
Flowers are very seasonal, and so like above, please choose our personalised service if you have specific flower requests. Having said that, I am guaranteed accessing certain flowers at certain times, such as dahlia in March, chrysanthemum in Mary, protea in July, and waratah in October. Please refer to this page of Seasonal Handpicked bouquets month by month or our Instagram page for guidance and add preferred flower requests to the Styling Notes section on the shop page.
How do I know that you have received my order?
You will receive an automated email confirming your order, which will be followed by a personalised email confirming the details within the week proceeding.
Can we go over everything before our wedding?
Yes! about a month before your wedding I will get in contact via email and offer a phone conversation or email exchange to confirm all the details.
